The Company

Infinitigroup (PT. Citra Langgeng Sentosa) was an industrial automation and robotics system integrator based in Jakarta. They deployed machine vision systems, robotic assembly lines, and AI-powered inspection technology for large-scale manufacturers across Indonesia — serving FMCG, automotive, and electronics sectors.

Key Wins

  • $125K pilot project: Mapped client automation needs and structured a proposal for their first AI-powered smart inspection system — closed within the first quarter
  • Fortune 500 client: Won a flagship project from a major multinational, earning the company Partner of the Year recognition from a key technology partner
  • GTM planning: Developed go-to-market frameworks for new automation offerings, generating a significant pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Technical certification: Completed machine vision certification with Matrox Inc. in Montreal — building deep technical credibility unusually early in my career

What This Role Taught Me

This was where I learned that the best salespeople are also the best listeners. To sell automation to a factory, you have to understand the factory — its workflows, its bottlenecks, its people. I developed a discipline of going deep before going broad: understand the problem completely before proposing any solution. That approach has stayed with me since.
